Eagleville Hospital.
Eagleville Hospital is the only hospital in Pennsylvania specifically and
solely licensed for the treatment of substance use disorders. We are located
in a Philadelphia suburb just minutes away from King of Prussia and Valley
Forge. Eagleville is a 318-bed non-profit service, prevention, research,
education and training organization. We offer a variety of hospital and
non-hospital, co-occurring disorder, and other behavioral health problems.
In addition, the hospital houses a Geriatric Psychiatry unit for patients
age 55 and older who are in need of a secure, therapeutic environment. This
is an acute, short term, physician supervised program designed to quickly
return patients to their optimal level of functioning outside the hospital.

Total Compensation Package
Eagleville Hospital offers a competitive
compensation and benefits package Unless otherwise noted, all full time employees, as well as part time
employees working 32 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits. These benefits include:
Health Insurance- Group health, dental, vision, and prescription
are offered and may be elected the 1st of the month following 90 days of
employment.
403(B)- Employees may elect to participate from date of hire.
Employees are 100%vested from enrollment. Eagleville Hospital will
contribute with a match after completion of one year of employment. All
regular employees over the age of 21, who have been working at least
1,000 hours per year are eligible to receive Employer Contributions for
that year.
PTO- Paid Time Off is accrued from time of hire. Non-exempt
employees accrue at a rate equivalent to 17 days per year. Exempt
employees accrue at a rate equivalent to 22 days per year. Upon the completion of 3 years of employment the accrual rate increases.
Holidays- We offer 6 holidays per year. New Years Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Employees who work the day of the holiday are paid for the holiday and
for the hours they worked (double pay).
Flexible Spending Account/s (FSA)- Employees may enroll into an FSA
which allows them to have monies directed from their paycheck (on a
pre-tax basis) for medical and /or daycare expenses. Employees are given
a debit card to present to doctor's offices, pharmacies, etc. to pay for
co-pays or monthly daycare expenses.
Life Insurance- Employees are automatically insured
at once their annual salary (rounded to the next highest $1,000) the first of the month after the
first 90 days of employment. Employees over the age of 70 will be
insured at the rate of one half their annual salary (rounded to the next
highest $1,000).
Supplemental Life Insurance- Employees may elect voluntary
supplemental life insurance for themselves, spouses, and/or dependents,
at the employee's cost.
Long Term Disability- This is an income protection plan effective
the first of the month following the first 90 days of employment. The
plan pays 1/2 of an employee's monthly salary (to a maximum of $4000 per month) after
90 days of disability and until age 65.
Supplemental Long Term Disability- Employees may elect voluntary
supplemental long term disability insurance for themselves, at the
employee's cost
Employee Assistance Program- Eagleville Hospital
provides an EAP for ALL STAFF. This service is available for
employees and all members of their household, free of charge.
Confidential evaluations, referrals, and counseling is available on a
variety of topics including but not limited to marital, family, and/or
financial difficulties and grief and loss. This service is provided by a
third party.
Training- Eagleville Hospital is a regional
training site for many organizations. Our robust training program helps
our staff sharpen their skills and remain updated on new findings in the
field. Classes offered by the Hospital are free of charge to our staff.
LPC & LSW Supervision - Employees seeking their license in professional counseling or social work may receive supervision right here on campus, provided by senior staff with proper credentialing.
Payroll- Employees are paid bi-weekly, on Fridays.
Direct deposit is available and encouraged.
Other Voluntary Benefits- Eagleville Hospital also
offers other voluntary benefits such as short term disability coverage
and the ability to purchase saving bonds through biweekly payroll
deductions.
Verizon- Eagleville Hospital employees are offered
a 22% discount on select calling plans as well as a discount on select
phones and accessories.
Career Advancement- Eagleville Hospital promotes
from within the hospital whenever possible. Internal job postings are
updated monthly. Employees are eligible to apply for an internal
transfer after being in their current position for 90 days.

Requirements:
In addition to requirements of the position you are applying for, Eagleville
Hospital requires a few screenings be completed prior to beginning a new
position. A criminal background check will be completed for every new hire.
A FBI check will be processed for anyone who lived outside the state of
Pennsylvania in the last two years. All candidates being offered a position
will be required to completed a drug screen and Tuberculosis test (paid by
Eagleville).
