Ms. Pollock is the Chief Executive Officer of Eagleville Hospital and Riverside Care Inc. Before coming to Eagleville Hospital as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Pollock served as
Director of Planning for Valley Forge Medical Center and Hospital, planning analyst and consultant for Medicon, Inc. and a former Board Member of the Child Guidance Clinic of Delaware County. She holds an MBA from Widener University.
Lois Chepak - Chief Clinical Officer
Lois initially came to Eagleville as the Patient Services Officer and has advanced to the position of Chief Clinical Officer. She is currently supervising the Departments of
Nursing and Clinical Services, Geriatric Psychiatric Services, Intake and
Assessment Center and other clinical areas. Prior to Eagleville, Lois has had extensive experience in psychiatric hospital and nursing administration.
She is a graduate of the Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing and holds an MBA from Eastern University.
Alfred Salvitti, CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Al Salvitti, CPA, Chief Financial Officer has over 25 years of healthcare finance experience and has served as CFO for several hospital and healthcare service organizations. Mr. Salvitti’s prior positions include: Hospital based CFO for 2 of the country’s largest private psychiatric hospitals,
CFO of Hospital Group of America, a psychiatric hospital management company and CFO. In addition, he was CFO for Alignis, a provider of chiropractic managed care services and FutureHealth, a provider of managed care, disease management and wellness services.
Dennis A. Deal - Director of Clinical Services
Dennis is responsible for the management and supervision of all counseling, case management and adjunctive services in the Hospital. He has been employed at Eagleville Hospital since 1972, providing direct services to patients until 1986 when he was promoted to Director of the Program for Employed Persons. In 1990 he became the Director of Clinical Services. Dennis has been a member of the Pennsylvania Certification Board since 2000 and currently holds an office on the Executive Committee. He holds a Master's degree in Human Services from Lincoln University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He is a Certified Addictions Counselor and a Certified Co-Occurring Disorders professional.
William C. Folks - Community Relations Manager
Charlie is the Director of Community Relations at Eagleville. In this position, Charlie is responsible for marketing and public relations,
amongst many other duties.
Further, Charlie is the voice of Eagleville Hospital within the community
and is active in the local and state legislature. He previously worked as the Director of the Recovery Program.
With more than 28 years of professional experience, Mr. Folks is an expert in the field of forensics in relation to substance use
disorder issues. A licensed social worker, he holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Temple University.
Julia C. Lawson - Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer
Julie is the Chief Compliance Officer for Eagleville Hospital and
Riverside Care, Inc. She is responsible for the prevention, detection
and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to the federal, state and local law; federal, state, local and private payor health care program requirements; contractual obligations and requirements as well as ethical and business policies and procedures.
Prior to Eagleville Foundation, Julie served in Compliance and Privacy Officer
roles for St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, Magee Rehabilitation Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals.
She began her compliance career at the University of Pennsylvania and its
Health System. She holds an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard Mitchell - Chief Information and Security Officer, Director of Information Technology
Rich directs an excellent Information Technology team that is responsible
for all the technology needs of Eagleville Hospital. Rich
has 24 years experience in the Financial
and Healthcare services industry. He previously worked at Catholic Health Initiatives as Manager of Technology Services in
CHI's Exton,
PA data center. Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the
Pennsylvania State University.
Heidi M. Speirs - Quality Management Officer
Heidi came to Eagleville as the Quality Assurance Assistant in 1990 and
quickly advanced to the position of Director of Performance Improvement.
With over 19 years of experience, she currently serves as the Quality
Management Officer with responsibilities for quality and risk management,
patient safety, licensure and accreditation, and medical staff
credentialing. Heidi has a Master Degree in Business Administration from
St. Joseph's University and has been a certified professional in healthcare
quality since 1994.
Dr. Robert Wilson - Director, Medical Services
Dr. Wilson works as the Director of Medical Services at Eagleville Hospital. He has been with the hospital for 28 years.
He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Family Practioners and the American Academy
of Family Practice. He holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Villanova University and a Doctorate Degree in Osteopathic
Medicine from the Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine.
ZoeAnn Yousaitis - Director, Human Resources
Zoe initially worked at Eagleville Hospital in the capacity of Assistant Director of Human Resources when she was offered a position as
Director of Human Resources at Phoenixville Hospital. She came back to Eagleville in 2002 in her current position as Director of Human
Resources. Zoe has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University.
Dr. Hani Zaki - Director, Psychiatry
Dr. Zaki is currently the Director of Psychiatry here at Eagleville Hospital, coming to us from Kirkbride Hospital in Philadelphia
where he worked as Medical Director for the Dual Diagnosis Unit. He has his Medical Degree from Cairo Degree in Egypt and completed
his psychiatric residency at the Medical College in Philadelphia. Dr. Zaki completed an MBA/M.S. in Health Care Administration and
Health Care Finance and a Master's of Human Resources Administration from Temple University School of Business.
