Addictions Counselor: Eagleville hospital is searching for an addiction
counselor to provide psycho educational services, theme oriented discussion groups,
and 12-step counseling sessions daily.
Responsibilities include conducting group and individual counseling
for patients with co-occurring disorders and documenting services provided to
patients in accordance with procedures to assure regulatory compliance. Position requires and
Associates Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical
dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical
specialty in the human services) and other related field. Two years clinical experience in a
health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting
preferred. We will consider a CAC
- full certification as an addictions counselor by a statewide certification
body, which is a member of a National certification body or certification by
another state government's substance abuse certification board. Clinical Assistants: PRN on all shifts. Director of Dual Diagnosis Unit: clinical and
administrative functioning of the dual diagnosis units. The Director will provide direct and
indirect clinical services as needed.
He/she will also provide direct supervision and coordination of staff
assigned to the units. The Director is responsible for providing clinical
leadership in the identification and achievement of program goals in conjunction with the
Vice President for Health Affairs. Housekeeping Work Leader: Full-time, 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday. Work Leader is responsible for all
aspects of linen handling and inventory.
Provides direction to housekeeping staff, making daily assignments and
assists the Project Specialist in all areas of the facility. Candidate must be able to read and
understand chemical labeling instructions, have previous housekeeping and
floor experience and must be able to demonstrate an ability to manage people. Nurses: The Nursing Department is looking for RN’s to work FT/PT/PRN on
11-7. Nurses: The Gero-Psych Department is looking for RN’s to work FT/PT 3-11
and PRN on all shifts. Resident Assistants: PRN on all shifts. RIVERSIDE

of Riverside Care, Inc. He or she is responsible for the design, creation and
performance of their programs and is a principal spokesperson and
representative of Riverside Care to other agencies, providers, and consumer
and community groups. A Master’s degree in

Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision for all group
counselors and group therapists.
Assure regulatory compliance for chart documentation through review of
charts and individual supervision of staff. Develop and implement clinical
programming. Provide coverage for
groups when necessary. Provide
training for department staff on clinical and administrative topics. Candidate will functions as Program
Manager in the absence of the Director. Candidates must have min of AS, meet
state licensing standards for counselors & have min 1 yr exp in an OP
